hi uhh im in beijing and im gonna move to shanghai very soon and i was looking at this skate park umm is this open to public or is it a private park and if it is public is there a fee or anything and do u have to sign a waiver...

Warren, that park is not open for public, actually, that park is not available now. it just for the Adidas Skate Hype event for 3 days. You can find some skater at Shanghai Love Park(Yin Yue Ting Guang Chang)
