This year at X Games, we're taking an initial step into top am skateboarding with the first X Games Am. We complied the input from key people in the skateboarding industry like magazine editors and other influential skaters to get a short list of 12 top ams to have in this one. Then when we discovered how many of them can't make it, we return to the drawing board to rearrange. Repeat that process like five times and you're at this list of 12 confirmed rippers below. The process for Park and Pro Street works in a similar way. Watch for more on our plans for am skateboarding after we get through an already packed summer of good times at all these skateboarding gatherings.
