The week-long adidas Skateboarding event in Chengdu has wrapped up! Despite the scorching sun and brief rain showers, and accompanied by the various teams' rap rhythms, the marathon event concluded with the CDC Skate Grew, made up of Jason Zhang, Sanjin, Xiao Er, and Chen Fei, taking home the championship in the final ADI-MISSION video challenge.
Now, let's follow the photographers' lenses and rewind to the very beginning of the challenge to relive each team's story from the past week.
伴随着 Jason章，三金，小二，陈肥组成的 CDC滑板集团队伍，拿下最终的 ADI-MISSION 视频任务挑战冠军。adidas Skateboarding 在成都为期一周，顶着烈日和短暂雨水，伴随着各个队伍说唱节奏的超长待机活动也告一段落。让我们跟上摄影师的镜头，再次回到任务最开始，看看各个队伍这一周的故事。
Welcome Dinner
At the welcome dinner, adidas Skateboarding also treated everyone to an incredible face-changing performance (Bian Lian). This traditional Chinese cultural art form was a unique way to introduce all the teams from various Chinese cities and other Southeast Asian countries.
在欢迎晚宴上，adidas Skateboarding 也为大家准备了精彩的变脸节目。用中国传统文化的方式，介绍来自各个城市和东南亚其他国家的全部队伍。
At the dinner, things started off peacefully enough with rock-paper-scissors to decide who got to pick the music first. But before long, it escalated into a brutal arm-wrestling competition among the guys.
晚宴现场， 一开始还是 peace 的石头剪刀布来获得优先选音乐的权利。后来发展成男人之间残酷的掰手腕比赛。
Things got wild by the end, with JP and the adi Japan team chugging beers and battling over song choices... it just kept getting more and more out of hand!
最后直接变成 JP 和日本队伍，“老外”队伍喝啤酒抢歌……也是逐渐离谱起来了。
adidas Skate Team
adidas global team rider Kai Kishi, Tom Snape, Kento Yoshioka and Kotora Mitani joint the local skaters last week with adidas Japan team manager Laurence Keefe.
在 12 个队伍都在紧张完成挑战的一周里，adidas Skateboarding 国际队伍，也在早出晚归，在成都完成影片的拍摄任务。本次拍摄，我们不仅有跟随一天，日本滑板杂志 PANCAKE 也一直跟随。更多这次旅途的故事，也会在他们的杂志上发布。
旅途中，滑手也告诉我们，觉得成都很多地形都可以滑板，感觉很像是滑手设计的城市，非常神奇。
While the twelve teams were intensely focused on their challenges, the adidas global team was also hard at work in Chengdu, filming their video project from dawn till dusk. We followed them for a day, and the Japanese skate magazine PANCAKE was also there, documenting their journey. More stories from this trip will be featured in their magazine.
During their travels, the skaters told us how much they loved the spots in Chengdu, saying it felt like a city designed by skaters – truly amazing.
ADI-MISSION
The ADI-MISSION week was a scorcher, with temperatures hitting 39 degrees Celsius (that even made the news!). Despite the heat, every team was going all out to complete their challenges.
And there were some seriously fun ones, too! Like the one above, where Xiao Min and Cheng Cheng tackled the "广场舞" (Guangchang Wu - public square dance) challenge on the streets for ADI-MISSION.
ADI-MISSION 的一周非常炎热，气温一度达到 39度，还上了新闻。各个队伍也是拼命完成任务。不过这次也有很多很好玩的挑战，比如上面就是小敏和程程在街上完成 ADI-MISSION 的广场舞任务。
You probably noticed SAVOUR Korea skater Giyoon Lee's insane pop while he was doing the challenges – his ollie game is no joke! Heard he just got back from military service too.
SAVOUR 韩国滑手 Giyoon Lee 的弹跳能力，相信在做任务期间，大家也感受到了。听说他也是刚刚退伍回来。
Skater's 1st Rap Track
Chengdu is the center of China HipHop culture, it was a must to dive into the Sichuan-Chongqing rap culture. adidas teamed up with Guanghe Recording Studio to give the skaters their first experience recording their own rap tracks.
这次来到成都，也必须融入川渝说唱文化。adidas 也和光合录音棚一起，带各位滑手首次录制了各自的说唱歌曲。
And Director Ben from GREENERGY really showed everyone how it's done, bringing cameraman Liu Bin along to shoot an entire MV as the opening act. Seriously, when Ben's behind the lens, you know it's going to be good.
而 GREENERGY 的笨导更是带着摄像刘斌直接给大家拍了个 MV 开场。只能说笨导一出手，就知有没有。
Ben's live performance at the event was even more epic than the music video itself. So, let's dive straight into the action from the event!

VX1000 Workshop
Before the weekend's main event kicked off, we also held two workshop with Robb about the VX1000 ! We were stoked to see that some attendees even traveled all the way from Chongqing just for it.
在周末的活动开始前，我们也和萝卜做了两场关于 VX1000 及磁带机数字化改造的交流会！没想到报名的人里，还有特地从重庆赶来的同学。
The Skatepark
This jam session, adidas Skateboarding also brought obstacles inspired by their shoes, including shoelace aglets, shoeboxes, shoelaces, and shoe tongues.
这次果酱赛，adidas Skateboarding 也以鞋子为灵感带来了道具，比如有鞋带金属标，鞋盒，鞋带，鞋舌……
THREE STRIPE SKATE HYPE
The international teams' poster signing session before the event kicked off.

The event kicked off with all 12 teams making their official stage debut! We got everything from a women's "self-introduction" rap to the infectious "Oh-Ayy, Oh-Ayy" chants from the Thai crews.
Japan's Pretty Solid even had 10-year-old Yuki on their shoulders while he rapped – now that's how you start a rap battle!
开场表演，12 个队伍正式登台亮相！！不仅有女子“自我介绍式”说唱，还有各地泰国“噢哎，噢哎”魔性洗脑……日本 Pretty Solid 直接把 10 岁的 Yuki 架在肩头演唱，有点说唱对决那味道了。
Avenue&Son 是 G 的结构！
In the end, Thailand's Preduce team snagged the top spot in the team jam session, with Team G and CDC coming in right behind them.
最终，泰国 Preduce 队伍则是拿下团队果酱赛冠军，G队和 CDC队则是紧随其后。
After Party
At the after-party, it wasn't just the 12 team videos dropping. There were also exclusive premieres of the adidas Skateboarding China team video, the Chengdu GREENERGY Nanning trip film, and Japan's SYNC new video.
