来自英国的游戏开发商Midas Interactive公司日前宣布，将会推出一款由PSP掌机独占以融合了《托尼霍克极限滑板》和《街头涂鸦》两款作品优点的滑板竞速体育游戏：《城市滑板》（Skate Park City），本作目前预定将2008年7月份在英国发售。

As you enter this futuristic world you hear that “Virus”, the crazy skater-hater, has kidnapped one of your skateboarding buddies. Join the other skaters and work together to free your fellow skater.
It’s a tough assignment but you’ve got the moves and the weapons you need. With over 30 lip, kick, manual and grind tricks and any number of combinations you can deliver the moves needed to win the day. 游戏将提供多达九个之多的不同场景，每一个场景都有其独自特色。而且玩家只有努力提高自己的技术，完成一个个看似不可能的任务，才能得到所有的场景。玩家在游戏开始并不能选择所有的场景，需要不断提高自己的技术，才能解开不同场景的任务。通过完成不同的任务来提高自己的技术，包括速度、平衡、跳跃等等。只有不断提高自己才能完成更多的任务，只有完成更多的任务才能获得提高能力，任务与能力之间结合相当紧密。
而且游戏的得分系统也相当严谨，得分会根据玩家完成技巧的时间的增加而增加，但如果不幸失误的话，前面的努力会付之东流。另外如果玩家在同一场景中，使用同样的技巧次数越多，得分相应也会不断降低。本作中既有各种花哨的滑板特技，也有与敌人大战的场面。游戏的故事背景安排发生在未来世界，厌烦滑板的恶人将玩家的好友绑架了，玩家要做的就是使用滑板和各种高科技道具与邪恶的敌人战斗并救出被困的同伴。
