Billabong has purchased the license to Plan B for ten years, Element and Plan B products will be available through Branch Skateboarding Distribution.
Billabong在收购了Element之后于前几天又收购了另一个滑板大牌PlanB，不过新闻稿上说的是10年的品牌使用权。然后Element和PlanB都并入了Billabong新创立的滑板批发公司Branch Skateboarding Distribution旗下。Danny Way和Colin McKay将继续为PlanB滑， 副总裁Tom Jones将继续管理品牌和team的各项事务。
看来极限运动的春天快要来了，大鱼吃小鱼，大财团开始看中滑板市场，纷纷采取收购的模式一部到位切入市场。
Danny Way and Colin McKay will continue to ride for and own Plan B Skateboards, and Vice President Tom Jones will continue to oversee the brand and team.
