(2013年1月17日)， 成千上万的狂热单板爱好者们在第七届世界单板日当天，有机会免费享受到了单板所带来的无限快乐！这一天，全球35个国家参与了庆祝，共举办了153场活动。
(Beijing, January 17 2013) Thousands of snowboard enthusiasts were able to discover for free the joys of snowboarding on Sunday, December 30 2012 for the 7th edition of World Snowboard Day. This year, 153 events were organized in 35 countries.
在韩国，日本和中国，共有21家滑雪场参与举办了第七届世界单板日的庆祝活动，其中包括：韩国的Phoenix Park滑雪场, 日本的Hakuba Sanosaka 滑雪场, Miyagi和Eboshi滑雪场 及中国的鞍山千山滑雪场, 吉林北大湖滑雪场, 长春莲花山滑雪场, 青岛金山滑雪场, 沈阳怪坡滑雪场, 新疆丝绸之路滑雪场, 海兰江玉龙湾滑雪场和北京渔阳滑雪场。
世界单板日当天，中国单板第一人王磊在北大湖与当地单板爱好者一起分享单板滑雪的乐趣，并参与了Burton 每年一次在中国的Burton China Demo Tour。北京渔阳滑雪场的Rock Parks 单板公园揭幕仪式，也成为了2012年世界单板日在中国的重头戏。Rock Parks 单板公园的设计符合初中级单板滑雪爱好者的要求，同时体现了目前世界雪场最先进的设计理念及建造水准。Rock Parks 由亚洲核心力量（Core Power Asia）设计建造，同时得到了来自美国科罗拉多州的Ron Smith与4Pine Design的Stephen Lattera 的帮助和支持。欲了解详情，请访问单板地带www.boardzone.cn。

In Korea, Japan and China, World Snowboard Day was held at 12 resorts, including Phoenix Park Resort (Korea), Hakuba Sanosaka Resort, Miyagi, Eboshi Resort (Japan), and Anshan Qianshan Resort, Jilin Beidahu Resort, Changchun Lianhuashan Resort, Qingdao Jinshan Resort, Shenyang Guaipo Resort, Xinjiang Silkroad Resort, Hailanjiang Resort, Yulongwan Resort, Beijing Yuyang Resort (China).
Highlights in China included the event in Beidahu, where Chinas snowboarding pioneer Wang Lei got a good day of shredding and fun with the locals alongside the annual Burton China Demo Tour, as well as the opening of Rock Parks Yuyang, in Beijing. Rock Parks Yuyang is a snowpark that caters to beginners and intermediates, created as state of the art snowpark by Core Power Asia and Colorado’s Ron Smith with the support of 4Pine Design’s Stephen Laterra. www.boardzone.cn has all information available online.
