Since 2008, Mellow (麦罗) has released a film every year. In 2025, the Mellow Snowboard Movie is here as promised, celebrating its "coming of age" with its 18th annual release.
This year, Mellow is debuting its 18th snowboard film, titled Semmel, dedicated to everyone who considers snowboarding to be their "spiritual sustenance."
自 2008 年起，麦罗每年都会推出一部电影，直到今年 2025 年，麦罗单板滑雪电影如约而至，迎来了自己的“成人礼”。
本次，麦罗以「Semmel」为名，推出第 18 部单板电影，献给所有把单板视为“精神食粮”的人。
In Europe, there is a common, everyday bread roll called a "Semmel."
There are many stories behind this humble roll: it's ordinary, yet completely indispensable; simple, yet it carries the profound meaning of life, foundation, sharing, and daily sustenance.
The title of this year's film symbolizes that, for us, snowboarding is more than just a sport—it's an essential daily necessity and a core, cherished value of life.

This time, our lenses spanned mountains and seas, traveling from the Mellow base camp at Nanshan Ski Resort in Beijing, to the Wonderland Snow Parks in Chengdu and Chongqing, as well as Lofoten inside the Arctic Circle in Norway, and LAAX in Switzerland.
Snowboarding has become the background color of our lives, giving support to our thriving personalities and creating more connections and sharing. A poet once said: "A loaf of bread, a jug of wine, and thou—is Paradise enow." For us, it’s simpler: "A snowboard, a mountain, and you—is everything."
At the same time, the film not only captures the sharp presence of top domestic and international riders but also dives deep to capture the genuine spirit of those who live for snowboarding—treating it as a career and a lifelong belief. It is not just a snowboard movie; it is a collective portrait about passion, vitality, and sharing.

从北京南山滑雪场的麦罗大本营，到成都、重庆的热雪奇迹，还有挪威北极圈内的Lofoten以及瑞士LAAX…
单板已经成为了我们生活的底色，使蓬发的个性有了支柱，也使人生建立了更多分享和联系。有诗人说：“一块面包，一壶酒，再加上你，便是天堂。”而对我们来说：“一块雪板，一片山，再加上你们，便是全部。”
