上个周末第八届南山单板公开赛圆满举办。因为周六要工作，我周日和朋友去滑雪，看了决赛。因为最近北京下了大雪，天气寒冷，南山的雪也是相当不错，一到雪场我就和朋友开始滑雪，朋友几次催我去看上午11点开始的第一轮淘汰赛，我都说“再多滑一趟就去”，结果我们去的时候上午的比赛已经结束了…中午吃过饭，和各种朋友各种打招呼之后，1点半准时到Mellow Park看最后的决赛。这次比赛是邀请全球各种pro，也是我第一次现场看高水平的单板比赛。感觉单板动作还是比较单一，因为板被固定在脚上，只能身体猛转圈，不像滑板还有翻，更多花样。但是单板可以体验飞翔在空中的快感，看着都觉得爽。比赛完了继续和朋友一通猛滑，感觉自己水平也长进不少。对了，非常感谢朋友Lisa&Zafka给我的工作证让我省了不少钱。 I am so happy to see so many friends there and snowboarding with them. 前几天刚收到朋友Miriam送我的最新单板滑雪教学DVD–《一起滑单板》。虽然对CCAV一直没有什么好印象，但是这个教学的DVD是由中国单板第一人，Burton赞助职业snowboarder王磊现身教学还是让我对它的品质比较放心的。昨晚看了一下，还是学到很多东西，推荐所有对单板有兴趣的朋友买来看一下。滑板市场也要加油啊，什么时候出个商业的教学DVD啊. Thanks Miriam for the DVD.
