极限赛事规程

一、 时间：
预选赛：2008年11月6日至7日,总决赛：2008年11月8日至11月9日
二、 地点：
预选赛：源深SMP滑板公园（浦东新区源深路655号2号门）,总决赛：新江湾城SMP滑板公园（杨浦区淞沪路2100号）

Preliminary: Nov 6-7, 2008,Final: Nov 8-9, 2008
2. Venue:
Preliminary: Yuan Shen SMP Skatepark (Gate 2, No. 655, Yuanshen Rd Pudong New District)
Final: New Jiangwan Town SMP Skatepark (No. 2100 Songhu Rd Yangpu District)

三、 参赛选手：
1、 预选赛
所有选手和爱好者（不限国籍）均可自由报名参赛。报名时间截止至2008年11月5日。
2、 总决赛
预选赛各单项前十名的选手可获得正式参赛资格。

四、 比赛项目
1、 极限滑板公园赛
2、 极限直排轮公园赛
3、 特技单车公园赛

五、 比赛方法：
按本次比赛各项目竞赛规则和竞赛组织实施细则进行。
1、 滑板公园赛、直排轮公园赛、BMX特技单车公园赛的最终成绩计算：选手公园赛决赛成绩80%+大绝招成绩20%=选手最终成绩
2、 参赛选手每轮有两次上场机会，取其中一次最高分作为该轮最终成绩。
3、 每次比赛时间为60秒。
4、 裁判评分将根据选手完成动作的成功率，动作难度，利用场地情况，连贯性、人气等四个方面进行评判。
5、 比赛每个单项分别设三名打分裁判，取平均值为该次比赛选手的最终得分。
6、 公园大绝招的比赛将采用国际比赛规则。

六、 录取名次与奖励：
1、 每个项目奖励前六名。
2、 奖金设置为：5000元、2000元、1000元、500元、300元和200元。
3、 上海极限运动协会为获奖选手颁发证书。

七、 裁判员及辅助竞赛工作人员：大赛裁判员由上海极限运动协会选派，辅助竞赛工作人员由组委会聘请。

八、 竞赛器材与装备：各参赛选手自备。

九、 报到时间、地点：
1、 预选赛：裁判员和参赛选手2008年11月6日报到。

十、 其他：
1、 所有参赛选手须拥有个人人身意外保险，未满16周岁的参赛选手须出示由家长或监护人签名确认同意参赛的确认书。
2、 如有自然、社会等不可抗力因素影响致使比赛无法正常进行，组委会有权临时变更比赛方法。
3、 未尽事宜另行通知。

3. Candidates:
Preliminary: Professional players or extreme sports lovers (no nationality limitations) are free to apply for the competition before Nov 5, 2008.
Final: Top 10 players of individual items in the preliminary stage are qualified for entry into the final.

4. Items:
Ⅰ Skateboard
Ⅱ Inline
Ⅲ BMX

5. Rules:
Ⅰ Skateboard, inline and BMX final result: 80% completion result + 20% unique skills score
Ⅱ Two performance chances every round and only the higher score will be calculated.
Ⅲ Time for every performance is 60 seconds.
Ⅳ Referees will judge the performance in terms of success rate, difficulties, consecution, popularity and how well a player takes advantage of the venue.
Ⅴ There will be three referees for every individual item and the average score is the player’s result for one round.
Ⅵ International competition rules apply to the Park Unique Skills Competition.

6. Ranks & Awards
Ⅰ Top 6 players of individual items will be awarded.
Ⅱ Awards are ￥5,000, ￥2,000, ￥1,000, ￥500, ￥300 and ￥200 respectively.
Ⅲ Shanghai Extreme Sports Association will grant certificates for players who win the awards.

7. Referees & Work staff
Referees will be appointed by Shanghai Extreme Sports Association while work staff hired by the organiser.

8. Equipment:
Prepared by players themselves.

9. Registration time & venue:
ⅠPreliminary: Referees and players meet on Nov 6 2008 for registration.
Time: Will be informed soon.

10. Others:
ⅠAll the players should have bought personal accident insurance before applying. For those under age of 16, their parents or guardians should sign the confirmation letter which permits the player to take part in the competition.
Ⅱ In case of force majeure that causes the festival cannot take place as scheduled, the organizer reserve the right to alter time.
Ⅲ Matters not mentioned herein shall be later noticed.
